Seeking a seasoned ServiceNow SPM Functional Consultant to enhance strategic portfolio management solutions within enterprise settings. This subcontractor role focuses on the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of ServiceNow SPM capabilities.

Drive the functional design and successful implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions.

Configure and fine-tune core processes including Demand, Portfolio, Investment, Project, Resource, and Agile Management.

Architect end-to-end workflows for demand intake, prioritization, funding, project execution, and benefits tracking.

Establish requirements for budgeting, forecasting, actuals tracking, cost allocation, and strategic investment decisions.

Develop resource and capacity management frameworks, encompassing demand planning, allocation, utilization, and capacity forecasting.

Create executive-level dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for portfolio, financial, resource, delivery, risk, and benefit performance.

A minimum of 5 years of dedicated ServiceNow experience, coupled with profound functional expertise in SPM/PPM.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with modules such as Demand, Portfolio, Investment, Resource, Project, and Agile Management.

Familiarity with integration requirements for Finance/ERP, HR systems, and Agile development tools is a plus.
