Seeking a seasoned ServiceNow SPM Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture and implementation of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions. This role involves designing comprehensive strategies across various portfolio management domains, including strategic planning, demand management, project and program oversight, resource allocation, financial planning, and agile methodologies.

Key responsibilities include defining SPM processes, data models, security protocols, integration strategies, reporting frameworks, and user workspaces. The architect will also play a crucial role in designing planning-item structures, prioritization mechanisms, investment models, capacity planning, and value realization processes. Integration with essential enterprise applications like Jira, Azure DevOps, ERP, financial, and HR systems will be a core focus, leveraging ServiceNow's Integration Hub and API capabilities.

Furthermore, the role encompasses defining an AI roadmap for SPM, incorporating Now Assist, generative AI, AI agents, and agentic workflows. This includes architecting AI-assisted use cases for enhancing demand management, project insights, goal alignment, and content generation. The architect will facilitate discovery workshops, translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps, and serve as the design authority, guiding development and integration teams.

Lead comprehensive architecture and implementation for ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). Design solutions spanning strategic planning, innovation, demand management, portfolio planning, project and program management, resource management, financial planning, timecard management, benefits realization, and enterprise agile planning. Define SPM processes, data architecture, security models, integration strategies, reporting mechanisms, and workspace designs aligned with business objectives. Develop robust frameworks for planning-item structures, scoring, prioritization, investment models, capacity planning, and value realization. Establish integration architecture with key systems like Jira, Azure DevOps, ERP, financial platforms, HR systems, and Microsoft 365 using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs. Architect AI and generative AI capabilities within SPM using Now Assist, AI agents, and agentic workflows for enhanced insights and automation. Conduct discovery workshops and design reviews with diverse stakeholder groups. Translate business goals into SPM transformation roadmaps, module sequencing, and target-state architectures. Provide expert functional and technical guidance to development, consulting, testing, and integration teams. Support pre-sales activities, including estimations, proposals, demonstrations, and governance forums, as well as cutover planning and hypercare. Ensure solution scalability, security, performance, and upgrade-safe design, prioritizing out-of-box capabilities.

Requires a minimum of 10 years in IT, with at least 6 years dedicated to ServiceNow and 3 years in leading SPM architecture or solution design. Possesses strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow SPM processes, data model, workspaces, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, UI Builder, Performance Analytics, security, and release management. Proven experience delivering at least two enterprise-scale SPM implementations or major transformation programs. Demonstrates a deep understanding of strategic planning, demand and portfolio governance, project delivery, resource and capacity planning, financial management, benefits realization, and Agile delivery methodologies. Familiarity with generative AI concepts, large language models, prompt engineering, grounding, AI orchestration, evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI practices. Experience in defining integration patterns, non-functional requirements, global data models, and multi-business-unit governance structures is essential. Excellent consulting, architecture, analytical, and problem-solving skills are mandatory.
