Key responsibilities include configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform, developing robust service request workflows, and automating routine tasks using scripting and Service Now functionalities.

You will also be responsible for system integrations, process automation via Orchestration and Web Services, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. Data management between ServiceNow and other systems, along with generating dashboards and reports, will be integral to this role.

Furthermore, you'll analyze user stories to enhance system capabilities, optimize workflows, and ensure efficient delivery of ServiceNow releases. Performing comprehensive system and integration testing is also a core part of the job.

To excel in this role, a college degree in a relevant technology field or equivalent work experience is required, complemented by 7-10 years of progressive experience in a development capacity.

Mandatory certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). Experience with authentication protocols like Active Directory/LDAP or SiteMinder federation/Azure, and knowledge of digital technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, IoT, and Blockchain are essential.

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, Angular JS, and modern web design practices is crucial. Experience with Service Portal implementation and specific ServiceNow applications like ITSM, ITOM, GRC, CSM, PPM, APM, HRSD, SecOps, IRM, FSO, and Agentic AI/Gen AI is highly valued. An ITIL foundation certification is a strong advantage.
