Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including workflow creation. Develop service request fulfillment workflows from client requirements using workflows, UI actions, and business rules. Automate routine tasks using scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality. Implement integrations and process automation via Orchestration and Web Services. Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications and deliver user-centric solutions. Manage and manipulate data between ServiceNow and other systems. Generate dashboards, reports, and performance analytics data collectors based on business needs. Analyze user stories and procedures to enhance system capabilities, automate workflows, and address delivery challenges. Conduct system and integration testing with both sample and live data.

A college degree in a related technology field or equivalent practical experience is required. Demonstrate 7-12 years of progressive experience in a development role. Mandatory ServiceNow CSA certification and at least one CIS certification. Proficiency in authentication protocols like Active Directory/LDAP, SiteMinder, or Azure. Experience with Agile Delivery, software release processes, and integrating internal/external systems. Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, and web design principles. Proven experience with Service Portal implementation. Expertise in implementing various ServiceNow applications such as HRSD, GRC, SecOps, CSM, PPM, APM, ITSM, ITOM, Service Portal, Agentic AI, Gen AI, SPM, and UI Builder. Experience with Performance Analytics is essential. Familiarity with digital technologies like Machine Learning, AI, IoT, and Blockchain is advantageous.
