Key responsibilities include configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform, including workflow creation. You will develop service request fulfillment workflows, automate repetitive tasks using scripting, and perform system integrations and process automation. This role involves gathering business specifications, translating requirements into technical specifications, and managing data between ServiceNow and other systems. You will also generate reports and dashboards, analyze user stories to enhance system capabilities, and conduct system and integration testing.

To excel in this role, you need approximately 3 to 7 years of progressive experience in a development capacity. A college degree in a relevant technology field (Computer Science, Engineering, Science, etc.) or equivalent work experience is required. Essential certifications include ServiceNow CSA and at least one CIS certification. Experience with authentication protocols like Active Directory/LDAP or SiteMinder federation/Azure, Agile Delivery processes, and integrating internal/external applications is crucial. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, and web design best practices is a must. Experience with Service Portal implementation and specific ServiceNow applications such as Agentic AI, Gen AI, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, SecOps, IRM, ITSM, Flow Designer, HAM, SAM, Integration, ITAM, Service Portal/UI Builder, and SPM is highly valued. Familiarity with Performance Analytics implementation and digital technologies like Machine Learning, AI, IoT, and Blockchain is also beneficial.
