As a Lead ServiceNow Developer, you will configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including workflow creation and developing service request fulfillment. You'll automate tasks using scripting tools and Service Now functionality, and perform integrations and process automation using Orchestration and Web Services.

Gather business requirements to deliver effective solutions and develop technical specifications. You will also manage data between ServiceNow and other systems, generate dashboards and reports, and analyze user stories to enhance system capabilities. Performing system and integration testing is also a key responsibility.

To excel in this role, you should possess approximately 7 to 10 years of development experience, demonstrating a clear progression of complex responsibilities. A college degree in a related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science) or equivalent work experience is required.

Mandatory certifications include ServiceNow CSA and any CIS certification. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, Angular JS, and web design best practices is essential. Experience with ServiceNow features such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and GRC is highly valued. Familiarity with authentication protocols like Active Directory/LDAP and Agile delivery processes is also crucial.
