We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join EY GDS ServiceNow. This role offers a unique chance to grow within a top-tier firm and make a tangible impact on our expanding business.

Key responsibilities include configuring and customizing the ServiceNow system, developing service request fulfillment workflows, and automating tasks through scripting. You will also perform integrations using Orchestration and Web Services, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and manage data between ServiceNow and other systems.

Further duties involve generating dashboards and reports, analyzing user stories to enhance system capabilities, and conducting thorough system and integration testing. Proficiency in analyzing user needs and system limitations is crucial for successful release delivery.

To excel in this role, you should possess approximately 7 to 12 years of development experience with a demonstrated progression in responsibilities. A college degree in a related technology field or equivalent job experience is required.

Mandatory qualifications include ServiceNow CSA certification along with any CIS certification. Experience with authentication protocols like Active Directory/LDAP or federations such as SiteMinder/Azure is essential. Familiarity with Agile delivery processes and integrating internal/external systems is also key.
