As a Manager within the EY GDS-ServiceNow team, you will leverage the ServiceNow platform to solve complex client challenges, with a specialization in IT Operations Management (ITOM).

This is a remarkable opportunity to contribute to a leading firm, driving ITOM transformation and platform strategy for global clients. You'll collaborate with a high-caliber team, developing innovative solutions for intricate enterprise issues.

Lead the comprehensive architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, encompassing Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management. Establish and refine scalable CMDB architecture, governance frameworks, and data models.

Drive end-to-end ITOM strategy, ensuring alignment between ServiceNow capabilities, enterprise IT operations, and business objectives. Architect and deploy event correlation, observability, and AIOps solutions using ServiceNow Event Management and integrations. Design and implement robust Service Mapping for business services and applications.

Spearhead Discovery implementation, including MID Server setup, credential management, and troubleshooting. Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and third-party monitoring tools. Provide essential technical leadership and mentorship to development and implementation teams.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to elicit requirements and translate them into precise technical and architectural specifications. Uphold platform best practices, governance, and security standards. Support performance tuning, scalability optimization, and platform upgrades. Champion DevOps and Agile delivery practices throughout ITOM implementations. Conduct thorough design and code reviews, and contribute to architecture governance.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. You should possess approximately 8-12 years of IT experience, with substantial exposure to ServiceNow ITOM.

Demonstrate proven experience as a Technical Architect or Lead in ServiceNow ITOM implementations. Mandatory certifications include ServiceNow CSA and ServiceNow CIS – Discovery / Service Mapping. An ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.

Ideally, experience with CSDM adoption and enterprise CMDB strategy, along with exposure to multi-cloud environments and cloud discovery, would be beneficial. Knowledge of the latest ServiceNow releases and features is also advantageous.
