We are seeking a Lead Architect with expertise in ServiceNow Implementation and Moveworks AI to join the EY GDS ServiceNow team. This role is a significant opportunity to contribute to a leading firm's growth while solving complex client problems through innovative AI-driven solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

As an architect, you will design and oversee the employee "AI front door" experience, positioning Moveworks as the primary conversational layer for ServiceNow processes. Your work will ensure that natural language requests across Teams, Slack, and the Employee Centre are accurately translated into governed ServiceNow workflows, driving efficiency and enhanced user experience.

Key responsibilities include designing intent-to-action mappings between Moveworks AI Assistant and ServiceNow applications like ITSM and HRSD. You will also structure knowledge bases, service catalog items, and record producers for optimal AI consumption and work to reduce ticket intake by enabling autonomous resolution for L1/L2 use cases. Furthermore, you will perform configuration and customization of the ServiceNow system, architecting end-to-end AI agents and defining their interaction models. Responsibilities extend to performing integrations, managing data between systems, and developing technical specifications based on business requirements. You'll also generate dashboards and reports, analyze user stories for system improvements, conduct architectural and quality reviews, and perform system and integration testing.

Success in this role requires a deep understanding of Moveworks AI Assistant and Enterprise Search, along with hands-on experience designing conversational flows that streamline portal and form interactions. Demonstrated experience with Moveworks–ServiceNow integration architecture is essential. Proficiency in authentication protocols like IAM/Active Directory/LDAP or SiteMinder federation/Azure, and integrating with internal and external applications is also necessary. A strong foundation in JavaScript, HTML, Angular JS, and web design best practices is expected. Implementation experience across ITSM, HRSD, Service Portal, Agentic AI, or Gen AI, coupled with a disciplined Agile Delivery approach, is crucial. A college degree in a related technology field or equivalent experience, along with approximately 10 years in a development role showcasing progressive responsibilities, is required. A mandatory ServiceNow CSA certification is a must, with CIS-HRSD being a favorable asset.
