This role focuses on leveraging the ServiceNow platform to drive business value through effective stakeholder collaboration and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ServiceNow functionalities and best practices, with a proven ability to deliver solutions that optimize processes and enhance productivity.

We are seeking an individual who can translate business needs into technical requirements, collaborate with architects and team leads on design, and estimate development efforts accurately. A key aspect of this role involves demonstrating expertise in core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, and Integrations, alongside experience with automation and AI capabilities like Now Assist and Gen AI.

As a lead, you will mentor colleagues, contribute to a culture of continuous learning, and ensure the successful operation and development of ServiceNow environments. Consultancy experience is a plus for this position.

Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to understand and implement business and technical requirements.

Engage with architecture and team leads to develop high-level and detailed design specifications.

Accurately estimate development efforts for assigned tasks and requirements.

Utilize expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, Now Assist, Integrations) to drive process optimization and efficiency through automation.

Provide mentorship and support to less experienced team members, fostering knowledge sharing.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and contribute to maintaining a robust platform.

A minimum of 6-9 years of proven experience in developing and operating ServiceNow, with a strong track record in areas like ITSM, CSM, and Integrations.

Demonstrated experience working with workflows within key ServiceNow platform areas.

Possess strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage customer and stakeholder expectations.

Exhibit a proactive attitude, a drive for continuous learning, and a willingness to share knowledge.

Experience with Integrations and E-bonding is highly preferred. Consultancy experience would be advantageous.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and exposure to ServiceNow App Engine / custom application development are preferred qualifications.
