Seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM/CSM Developer with 6-9 years of experience to join our team in Noida.

This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions, adhering to standard design principles. You will work closely with Architects and Team Leads to develop high-level and detailed designs, and estimate development efforts.

Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow workflows in key areas such as ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, and Now Assist with Integrations is essential. You will drive process optimization, efficiency, and productivity through automation.

Key to this position is a strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and a proven track record in developing and operating the platform. Experience with Integrations and E-bonding is highly preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills are vital for managing customer and stakeholder expectations. Consultancy experience is a plus.

Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills are required to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.

Possess a strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and a drive for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting is essential.

Consultancy experience is considered advantageous for this role.
