Design, develop, and implement comprehensive ServiceNow ITOM solutions. Configure and maintain critical modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Develop custom workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations to enhance platform functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve complex ITOM-related issues, addressing performance bottlenecks. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of CMDB data through automated discovery and reconciliation processes. Integrate ServiceNow with leading monitoring and observability tools to streamline operations.

A strong background in ServiceNow ITOM modules, specifically Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB is essential. Demonstrated hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting is required. Proficiency in integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs and a solid understanding of ITIL processes and IT Operations principles. Scripting skills in JavaScript, PowerShell, and Python are beneficial. This is an experienced professional role, requiring 6-12 years of relevant experience.
