A senior ServiceNow ITOM Architect is sought to spearhead the design and implementation of a Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution. This initiative will involve integration with Microsoft PKI/ADCS, ensuring robust management of digital certificates. The role demands strong expertise in ITOM, including Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping, coupled with experience in Certificate Management, PKI, or ADCS integrations. The architect will be accountable for solution design, implementation oversight, stakeholder collaboration, and knowledge transfer to AMS teams.

The primary responsibilities include leading the architecture and solution design for ServiceNow Certificate Lifecycle Management. This involves designing comprehensive certificate discovery, inventory, tracking, and ownership processes. A key focus will be integrating ServiceNow with Microsoft ADCS and enterprise PKI platforms. The role entails defining and implementing workflows for certificate requests, issuance, renewal, revocation, and expiry. Establishing certificate-to-CMDB relationships and ownership models is crucial. Driving CMDB governance, data quality, reconciliation, and operational standards will be a continuous effort. Designing advanced dashboards, reporting, monitoring, and proactive certificate expiry notifications are also key duties. Collaboration through workshops with Security, IAM, Infrastructure, Cloud, and DevSecOps teams is essential. Defining support processes, governance models, and technical documentation will be required, alongside providing implementation guidance and knowledge transfer to AMS/support teams.

A minimum of 8 years of ServiceNow experience is mandatory, with strong expertise in ITOM Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, CSDM, ITSM, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer. Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations is essential. Candidates must possess hands-on experience with Certificate Lifecycle Management initiatives and a strong understanding of PKI, Certificate Authorities (CA), certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, expiry management, and governance. Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS) and experience integrating ServiceNow with ADCS/PKI solutions using APIs and automation frameworks are required. Excellent solution architecture and design skills, coupled with strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation abilities, are necessary. Experience working collaboratively with Security, IAM, Infrastructure, and Cloud teams is expected. The ability to independently lead design, implementation, and knowledge transfer activities is paramount.
