Design, develop, and implement robust ServiceNow IRM solutions, covering Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk modules. You will also be responsible for bug fixing, implementing enhancements, and providing crucial production support. Effectively handle technical triage independently, diagnosing root causes and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate closely with stakeholders and business teams to thoroughly analyze requirements and translate them into effective solutions. Develop custom workflows, business rules, UI policies, scripts, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring adherence to best practices and development standards.

We seek a skilled ServiceNow IRM Developer with strong hands-on experience in the ServiceNow IRM module, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management. A solid understanding of GRC frameworks and risk management principles is essential. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting is required, alongside experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting is also beneficial. This role requires 6-12 years of experience and is based in PAN India locations.
