We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our technical specialist team, focusing on application development. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing robust ServiceNow solutions to meet evolving business requirements across various modules.

You will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow customization, scripting, and integration to deliver high-quality applications and workflows. The position offers a dynamic environment where you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to platform stability and enhancement.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, CSM, and integrations. You will customize applications, workflows, and forms using JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer. Collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders is crucial for understanding and fulfilling requirements.

Further duties involve integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and maintaining platform performance through upgrades and patch management. Creating technical documentation and ensuring adherence to best practices for security and compliance are also key aspects of this role.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer. A strong understanding of ServiceNow core platform features and expertise in JavaScript scripting (Glide, Jelly, AngularJS) are essential. Experience with ITSM, CSM, or Integrations modules, along with knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and web services, is required.

Familiarity with ServiceNow Studio, Update Sets, and Service Portal development is expected. Experience in platform upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting is necessary. A good grasp of ITIL/ITSM processes, coupled with strong communication and problem-solving skills, will ensure success in this position.
