NTT DATA is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Platform Solution Consultant, ideally with Scrum Master certification, to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique blend of deep technical ServiceNow expertise and strategic client advisory.

As a trusted advisor, you will guide clients in optimizing their ServiceNow investments through strategic roadmaps, robust platform governance, and efficient process improvements. You will also play a key role in pre-sales activities, including proposal development and crafting Statements of Work (SOWs), making this an impactful position within our organization.

You will lead the end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro) solutions. This involves assessing current-state processes across ITSM, asset management, procurement, and operations.

You will align HAM Pro capabilities with existing workflows, educate stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices, and design future-state solutions encompassing lifecycle states, stockroom management, and data governance. Configuration of HAM Pro, including normalization and content services, along with process mapping and testing, are core aspects of this role. Knowledge transfer to internal teams is also a critical responsibility.

We require a minimum of 5 years of extensive ServiceNow platform experience, with a proven track record in implementing ServiceNow HAM Pro within enterprise settings.

A strong understanding of hardware asset lifecycle management, CMDB relationships, and the ServiceNow data model (assets, models, CIs) is essential. Hands-on experience with HAM Pro configuration, lifecycle workflows, stockroom management, and hardware normalization is mandatory. Experience integrating HAM with procurement, discovery, and HR systems, coupled with strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, is crucial for success in this role.
