As a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant, you will lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of sophisticated ServiceNow solutions across modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.

Key duties include collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and architect scalable solutions, providing technical mentorship to junior team members, and customizing applications using best practices while maintaining platform integrity. You will also be responsible for integrating ServiceNow with external systems, conducting code reviews and performance tuning, and staying updated with the latest platform enhancements. Pre-sales support, including solutioning and demos, is also a part of this role.

We require candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration. A proven history of successful enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations is essential.

Essential skills include a strong command of ServiceNow architecture and data models, proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio. Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers is crucial. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities are also necessary, along with the capacity to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
