This senior role involves leading the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across various modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define requirements and architect scalable solutions. Mentoring junior team members, customizing applications using best practices, and ensuring platform integrity are key aspects. Integration with external systems via APIs and MID Servers, alongside performance tuning and security adherence, will be part of your remit. You will also stay updated on ServiceNow releases and support pre-sales activities.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration, demonstrated through successful enterprise-level implementations. Essential technical skills include proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio. Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and strong communication skills are also vital for this position.
