Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across various modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and architect scalable solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, ensuring best practices and platform integrity. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.

Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and maintain adherence to security and compliance standards. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and proactively suggest platform enhancements. Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, demonstrations, and proposal development.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration. A proven history of successful enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations is essential.

Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio is necessary. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is expected. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are crucial for success in this role. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment is also key.
