Lead client engagements by assessing current ServiceNow capabilities and defining future-state strategies. Develop platform roadmaps aligned with business and technical goals, and conduct business value assessments for ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, and CSM.

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, perform health scans and technical debt analysis, and manage integrations with third-party tools. Ensure platform conformance to best practices and licensing strategies.

Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to develop proposals and SOWs, estimate effort, and define scope. Support pricing strategies and resource planning for advisory and implementation phases.

A minimum of 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules is essential. A strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations is required, along with proven experience in proposal writing, SOW creation, and client presentations.

Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops and translate complex business processes into effective technical solutions is key. Mandatory certifications include ServiceNow CSA, CIS-(ITSM ITOM ITAM HAM/SAM HRSD DISCOVERY) [2 or more], PMP or equivalent, and ITIL Foundation.
