NTT DATA seeks a highly certified and experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to spearhead complex implementations and deliver innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves leading the design and execution of scalable Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and industry best practices.

Key duties include providing hands-on expertise across CSM modules such as Case Management, Knowledge Management, Entitlements, and Customer Onboarding. You will leverage strong knowledge of CSM data models, case lifecycles, and customer workflows.

Furthermore, you will architect and manage real-time integrations with CRM, finance systems, and third-party platforms, demonstrating proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and integration workflows. Seamless data flow across platforms and interoperability will be key aspects of this role, alongside applying working knowledge of ITSM processes mapped to ITIL standards.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, coupled with over 5 years of ServiceNow experience and at least 4 years specifically in CSM.

A proven track record of successful enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations, with a minimum of 2 years in this capacity, is essential. Essential certifications include being CIS – CSM certified.

Proficiency in ServiceNow architecture, data models, JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio is required. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, along with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, are also critical for success in this fast-paced role.
