As a ServiceNow Developer, you will lead client engagements, assessing current capabilities and strategizing future-state processes and platform roadmaps aligned with business objectives. You will conduct business value assessments, recommending adoption strategies across various ServiceNow modules. Responsibilities include designing governance models, KPIs, and process improvement frameworks, as well as facilitating client workshops for requirement gathering and solution design.

Key technical duties involve configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, performing health scans, technical debt analysis, and platform scalability assessments. You will manage integrations with third-party tools and ensure platform conformance to best practices. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales and delivery teams to develop proposals and SOWs, estimating effort, defining scope, and aligning deliverables with client expectations.

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules. A proven track record in advisory consulting and technical delivery is essential, along with a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations.

Demonstrated experience in proposal writing, SOW creation, and client presentations is required, alongside the ability to lead client workshops and translate business processes into technical solutions. Mandatory certifications include CSA, CIS-(ITSM ITOM ITAM HAM/SAM HRSD DISCOVERY) [2 or more], PMP or equivalent, and ITIL Foundation. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are also crucial for success in this role.
