Developing scripts using Business Rules and Script Includes, integrating ServiceNow with external systems via APIs, and collaborating with stakeholders are also vital aspects of this role. Supporting platform upgrades and bug fixes will ensure the smooth operation of our services.

This position requires a minimum of 6 years of ServiceNow development experience. Essential knowledge includes ITSM modules, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management. Hands-on experience with password reset automation, workflow automation, and ticket triage mechanisms is crucial. Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow Glide APIs, and integration technologies like REST and SOAP is mandatory. A solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is also expected. Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow CSA/CAD certifications and experience with Virtual Agent or AI-based routing.
