NTT DATA is seeking an exceptional ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant to spearhead complex platform implementations and deliver innovative solutions. Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across various modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, define project scope, and architect scalable and robust ServiceNow solutions.

Provide essential technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers. Customize and configure ServiceNow applications adhering to best practices, ensuring platform integrity and security. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.

Conduct thorough code reviews and performance tuning to maintain optimal platform health. Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow releases and proactively identify opportunities for platform enhancements. Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, creating compelling demos, and developing proposals.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Possess a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration, with a proven history of successful enterprise-level implementations.

Required certifications include CSA and at least one CIS (any) and CAD for junior roles. Intermediate roles require CSA and at least two CIS (any) and CAD. Senior roles mandate CAS and at least three CIS (any) and CAD.

Demonstrate strong proficiency in ServiceNow architecture, data modeling, JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is essential. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are critical for success in this role. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is key.
