Key responsibilities include configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform, developing workflows and service request fulfillment, and automating tasks using scripting and Service Now functionality. You will also perform integrations, manage data between systems, generate reports and dashboards, and analyze user stories to enhance system capabilities. System and integration testing with live data is also part of this role.

To qualify, you need a college degree in a related technology field or comparable job experience, with approximately 4 to 6 years of development experience. Mandatory certifications include ServiceNow CSA and any CIS. ITIL foundations certification is a plus. Experience with authentication protocols, Agile delivery, and integrating internal/external systems is essential. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, Angular JS, and web design best practices is required. Experience with Service Portal implementation and specific ServiceNow applications like ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, SecOps, IRM, ITSM, Flow Designer, HAM, SAM, Integration, ITAM, Service Now Portal/UI Builder, and SPM is highly valued. Knowledge of Performance Analytics and digital technologies such as Machine Learning, AI, IoT, and Blockchain is also beneficial.
