Key responsibilities include capturing and documenting business requirements, user stories, and business cases that align with ServiceNow capabilities. You will develop comprehensive end-to-end process flows and gap analyses to inform solution design.

Prepare and execute test plans, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide support during go-live activities. Additionally, lead client training sessions and create user-friendly job aids to enhance platform adoption. Serve as the crucial link between the delivery team and clients throughout the project lifecycle, facilitating stakeholder demos and offering solution-focused support to boost process efficiency.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, demonstrating hands-on expertise across multiple modules. A strong background of 5+ years in business analysis, encompassing requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement, is essential.

Proven ability to lead client workshops and translate complex business needs into actionable, effective solutions is required. Experience supporting Scrum teams with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies is also a key requirement. Desired ServiceNow certifications include CSA and at least one CIS, with CTA being advantageous for senior roles.
