This position is ideal for a hands-on ServiceNow Technical Architect with deep knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS ecosystems, integrations, and platform development. You will play a key role in architectural decisions, delivery leadership, and direct contributions to coding and configuration, while also mentoring team members. Experience with Performance Analytics and AI capabilities is highly valued.

Architect and implement robust ServiceNow SOM/SOMT solutions for telecommunications clients. Lead critical discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and solution design discussions. Design and develop complex integrations using various ServiceNow tools and protocols, connecting with external systems like OSS/BSS, CRM, ERP, and billing.

Contribute directly to ServiceNow development through configuration and scripting of Business Rules, Script Includes, and custom applications. Resolve challenging platform and integration issues through meticulous root cause analysis. Lead development teams, ensure code quality, and uphold best practices. Mentor junior developers and foster technical growth within the team. Enhance operational efficiency and business results by implementing ServiceNow AI, automation, and Performance Analytics.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology field or equivalent experience is required. Candidates must hold ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and a minimum of two ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications. A minimum of 8 years of comprehensive ServiceNow experience, encompassing architecture, development, and integration delivery, is essential.

Strong practical experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub is a must. Proven expertise in telecom order management, order orchestration, fulfillment, and Lead-to-Cash processes is critical for success in this role.
