This role involves advanced system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and databases. You will lead backend optimization, data integration, and ensure secure, scalable architecture aligned with enterprise standards. Key responsibilities include translating technical specifications into code, developing automated testing, and spearheading integration of diverse data sources and APIs. You will also oversee comprehensive backend documentation, champion best practices for security and resilience, and collaborate with front-end teams to design intuitive interfaces. Elevating code to production environments, providing support, and mentoring junior staff are also integral parts of this position.

To excel in this role, a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, system integration, database design, and back-end architecture is required. A Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or a related field, or a Master’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science, is necessary. Expertise in server-side development, system integration, API management, and database optimization is crucial. Essential skills include Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Node JS, AWS services (CloudFormation, ECS, Fargate, DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, IAM), SQL, Git platforms (GitHub, Bitbucket), CI/CD tools (Bamboo), TDD/BDD methodologies, Splunk, Honeycomb, and Python. Familiarity with Agile, Confluence, and JIRA, along with a drive for continuous process improvement, is highly valued. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for working effectively with cross-functional teams.
