Join NTT DATA as a Service/Delivery Partnership Specialist and contribute to driving service excellence. Key responsibilities include leading service partnership and delivery efforts, cultivating strong relationships with key business partners, and collaborating across teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on service performance metrics, identifying and mitigating risks, and facilitating governance meetings. Ensuring compliance with service agreements and driving operational efficiency through continuous improvement are also core duties. The role involves supporting budget planning, resource allocation, cost optimization, and contributing to new service offerings, along with managing stakeholder communications and executive reporting.
