Seeking a skilled ServiceNow SPM Developer with experience in implementing and configuring strategic portfolio management modules. This role involves deep dives into various SPM functionalities and their enhancement. You will also contribute to AI-enabled workflow development and integrate ServiceNow SPM with other enterprise systems.

Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with architects, product owners, and other technical teams. Core responsibilities include implementing and configuring ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules, covering areas like demand management, portfolio planning, project management, resource management, and financial planning. You will configure workspaces, dashboards, and reports, alongside integrating SPM with systems like Jira, Azure DevOps, ERP, and HR platforms using Integration Hub and APIs.

Further responsibilities involve building AI-enabled flows, creating prompt templates, supporting AI agents for various tasks, and executing rigorous testing for AI capabilities. You will also track AI output quality, support prompt tuning, and ensure AI solutions adhere to responsible AI requirements.

The role also requires participation in requirement workshops, technical design reviews, and sprint planning. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, provide technical guidance, and clearly communicate design constraints and dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes.

Candidates should possess hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in SPM implementation or enhancement. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and various scripting and configuration tools like Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs is essential.

Experience with SPM data models, workspaces, reports, dashboards, import sets, transform maps, and REST/SOAP integrations is required. Exposure to generative AI, prompt engineering, AI agents, output evaluation, and human-in-the-loop workflow design is also a significant advantage.

This role is based in Bengaluru, India, and requires an onsite presence. The company is looking for individuals who can contribute technically and collaborate effectively within a project team.
