Seeking a skilled ServiceNow SPM Developer to join our team on a contract basis. This role focuses on implementing and enhancing ServiceNow's Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) capabilities, including cutting-edge AI-driven workflows. You will play a key part in shaping how organizations manage strategic planning, demand, portfolios, projects, resources, and financials within the ServiceNow platform.

Core responsibilities include configuring and enhancing various SPM modules such as Strategic Planning, Demand Management, Portfolio Planning, Project and Program Management, and Resource Management. You will also be involved in building and supporting AI-enabled workflows, prompt engineering, and ensuring AI solutions meet responsible AI requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholder engagement, and providing technical guidance are essential aspects of this role.

A minimum of 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow SPM implementation or enhancement experience is required. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and various ServiceNow scripting and configuration tools is essential. Experience with SPM data models, workspaces, reports, dashboards, and integrations (REST/SOAP) is also necessary. Exposure to generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI agents is highly desirable.
