EY is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to lead service delivery within the EY-Assurance Team. This role involves guiding teams and ensuring the consistent, high-quality delivery of services for various areas, solutions, or sectors. The Innovation Manager will drive the implementation of digital solutions to enhance business efficiency and outcomes.

Lead and manage teams, ensuring end-to-end project ownership and goal accomplishment. Oversee the implementation of digital solutions to improve business efficiency and drive innovation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with onshore stakeholders, managing expectations on service delivery. Build centralized data storage systems and develop data strategies. Identify and create new service offerings and solutions. Manage operational aspects including resource allocation, metrics, reporting, performance, and risk management. Coordinate projects and manage interdependencies within a program. Enhance the quality and scope of work by building strong local team and client relationships.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, coupled with substantial industry experience.

Possess 15-20 years of demonstrable operational and project/program management experience.

Key qualifications include: - Strategizing and outlining program goals and objectives. - Monitoring multiple projects throughout their lifecycle. - Managing daily project details and coordinating resources. - Communicating program progress to stakeholders. - Independently leading organization-wide technology initiatives, including delivery spanning: - Automation (RPA, SharePoint, React, .NET, Web Portals, Cloud) - Transformation (Business Process Reengineering, Optimization) - Data Visualization (Power BI, Spotfire) - Knowledge of financial accounting engagements across domains. - Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple strategic initiatives. - Prior experience with agile methodologies. - Awareness of cloud technologies. - Assisting management in team development, coaching, and effective resource deployment. - Willingness to travel internationally for client engagements.

Good to have certifications include PMP or equivalent, Scrum Product Owner, or Scrum Master certifications.
