Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Service Delivery Manager with expertise in SAP TM and SAP Retail to join our dynamic team. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will own the complete SLA management lifecycle, from monitoring and reporting to conducting reviews and implementing corrective actions. You will lead demand management for SAP Retail, encompassing forecasting and prioritization.

Your role involves managing and mentoring cross-functional delivery teams to ensure optimal performance and operational resilience. You will serve as the key client liaison for service delivery, governance, and escalations, driving operational excellence through meticulous KPI tracking, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for candidates with substantial experience in Service Delivery Management within AMS and SAP environments, specifically with strong expertise in SAP Transport Management. Hands-on experience with SAP Retail demand planning and operations is essential.

Proven capabilities in people and stakeholder management are crucial, alongside excellent communication, customer engagement, and escalation handling skills. Expertise in process improvement, KPI management, and problem resolution methodologies will be highly valued. A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
