Oversee personnel, performance, and discipline for assigned projects. Provide expert leadership in functional areas and manage stakeholder relationships. Lead client interactions, communication, and reporting analysis. Drive operational improvements through quality initiatives and compliance adherence.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages creativity and teamwork. Guide staff, resolve issues, and set priorities. Contribute to strategic planning for operations and systems. Manage attrition, build retention, and prepare business plans and budgets.

Requires CPC certification with an active license and 12+ years of industry experience, including 8-9 years in people management. Experience handling 200+ associates in diverse healthcare settings is essential, with prior roles as Senior Manager or above.

Ideal candidates will have a background in allied sciences, be graduates in science or anatomy-related fields, and possess knowledge of US healthcare and health insurance. Strong analytical and comprehension skills are also valued.
