Join a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and career development, where your work directly impacts millions by connecting them with essential care, pharmacy benefits, data, and resources.

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the communities we serve, contributing to our mission of Caring, Connecting, and Growing together. Advance your career while helping us achieve our goal of enhancing health outcomes on a global scale.

Responsibilities

As a Service Delivery Leader, you will own the end-to-end performance of the function, encompassing service, quality, productivity, financials, workforce, risk, and stakeholder outcomes.

You will translate enterprise priorities into actionable business plans, operating strategies, budgets, and measurable goals. Leading a large, multi-layered organization through various management levels, you will ensure delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards. Build strong relationships with onshore leaders, clients, and cross-functional partners, while sponsoring functional transformation initiatives including automation and AI. Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks, and cultivate leadership capability through coaching and talent development. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with all company policies.

You should possess solid understanding of healthcare operations such as Open Enrollment and benefit configuration, along with a proven track record in leading transformation, automation, or technology-enabled change.

Exceptional executive communication, business presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are mandatory. A working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence practices is expected. The ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic decisions, coupled with a willingness to work from the office and provide leadership support during critical periods, is also required. Flexibility for evening/night shifts and extended hours during peak times is necessary.
