Collaborate to ensure the successful design and delivery of client projects and programs, supporting growth objectives. Work closely with subject matter experts, including Technical and Principal Architects, to validate solution deliverability and cost-effectiveness. Drive risk identification and management processes to ensure solutions align with client needs and practice capabilities.

Oversee and guide the review of solution and delivery architectures. Develop and document standards for IT service solutions. Act as an expert consultant to senior leadership and architectural teams. Champion change and facilitate the sharing of critical information across organizations.

Utilize competitive financial and benefit analysis. Understand and document review and approval processes and tools. Foster continuous learning and the adoption of new challenges and technologies.

We are looking for individuals with strong leadership, business, technical, and analytical skills, coupled with excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. A proactive and self-motivated approach is essential, as is the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with developing complex solutions for business challenges and customer engagements is required.

Candidates should possess experience in IT outsourcing, specifically in developing, modeling, and costing infrastructure solutions. An understanding of service delivery architecture or experience managing complex multi-tower outsourcing relationships is crucial. Fluency in English is mandatory. Flexibility to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders is a must.

Knowledge of automation's impact on solutions and expertise in at least one service area or technology, with proficiency in multiple, are necessary. An in-depth understanding of assessing operational risk and its impact on profitability and service delivery is also required. Travel may be necessary for this role.
