This Associate Director position focuses on leading the demand and governance for critical Service Adoption workstreams. You will act as a key liaison, ensuring that our services, standards, and processes are agile, well-understood, and effectively implemented within EY and its operational units.

Establish and refine governance frameworks, standards, processes, and adoption metrics, integrating automation and AI to enhance agility. Lead the demand intake and discovery process by collaborating with key stakeholders, including I&O Product Managers. Partner with Change, Content, Engagement, and Deployment Leads to guarantee end-to-end delivery of technology change processes. Develop insightful reporting that highlights Service Adoption process KPIs and demonstrates tangible business value. Onboard and mentor virtual team members on Service Adoption enablement tools and processes. Motivate and manage a dedicated team to achieve collective goals. Define, maintain, and execute the comprehensive Service Adoption enablement strategy.

A minimum of 8 to 15 years of experience is required in Change Management, Process Improvement, Digital Workplace Enablement, Technology Transformation, AI, and Team Management. Proven experience in leading global initiatives and managing stakeholders at Director, Executive, and Product leadership levels is essential. You must possess strong influencing skills, even without direct authority, and demonstrate the ability to motivate team members. Proficiency in asking pertinent technical and end-user-focused questions during intake discovery is crucial. A solid understanding of the EY Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Digital Workplace technologies, Infrastructure & Operations services, Systems Management Thinking, product lifecycle and deployment processes, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement is expected.
