Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining SCCM solutions for OS deployment, patching, and software distribution. You will develop and manage Ansible automation frameworks for Windows configuration and orchestration, and build automated Windows server build pipelines. Delivering Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automating patching, remediation, and compliance are also core functions. Integrating SCCM and Ansible with CI/CD pipelines, developing self-service capabilities, and resolving complex platform issues are essential. Leading modernization initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable platform services are expected.

A strong background in Wintel platform engineering and SCCM-based solutions at scale is required. You should have proven experience implementing and optimizing SCCM environments, along with hands-on expertise in Ansible for Windows automation. Experience building automated OS deployment and patching frameworks, and transforming traditional Windows administration into automation-led operations is crucial. The ability to define and implement automation standards and frameworks, coupled with robust problem-solving skills for complex enterprise issues, is also necessary. This role demands a proactive approach to driving efficiency, compliance, and cost optimization through automation.
