Take ownership of the verification for ASIC designs, architectures, golden models, and micro-architectures of PCIE controllers at IP and sub-system levels, utilizing advanced methodologies like UVM.
Develop reusable bus functional models, monitors, checkers, and scoreboards within a coverage-driven verification framework.
Understand design specifications and implementations to define verification scope, create comprehensive test plans, tests, and the necessary verification infrastructure to ensure design correctness.
Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and pre- and post-silicon verification teams to achieve project objectives.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (B.Tech./M.Tech.) or equivalent practical experience is required.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in verification at Unit, Sub-system, or SOC levels is essential.
Demonstrated expertise in Verilog and SystemVerilog, along with comprehensive verification of IP or interconnect protocols such as PCI Express or USB.
Proven experience in developing and working within functional coverage-based constrained-random verification environments.
Familiarity with DV methodologies like UVM/VMM and experience with industry-standard simulation and debug tools.
Stand out with deep knowledge of PCIE protocol (Gen3 and above), a strong grasp of PCIE/CXL system-level architecture, and proficiency in scripting languages like Perl or Python.
