Seeking a Senior UX/CX Designer with an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience and over 7 years of expertise in designing digital products for web and mobile applications. A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design for complex digital experiences is essential.

Demonstrated ability to lead discovery activities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within Agile environments is required. Proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and design systems is crucial, alongside a deep understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and enterprise product design.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills are necessary to influence stakeholders at all levels. The ability to mentor designers and contribute to a collaborative design culture is also key. Experience designing enterprise software or large-scale digital products, preferably within the healthcare, insurance, financial services, or similar regulated industries, is highly valued. Familiarity with AI-enabled design tools is a plus.
