Lead the entire design lifecycle for complex digital products, from initial discovery and concept development through to delivery and ongoing optimization. You will provide expert design execution for our product portfolio, focusing on interactions with Health Care Professionals.

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to define challenges, uncover opportunities, and craft user-centered solutions. Facilitate discovery activities like workshops and journey mapping to inform product strategy and create compelling user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.

Champion user-centered design, accessibility, and inclusive principles. Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across products. Influence product decisions by clearly communicating design rationale and facilitating cross-functional alignment. Leverage AI tools to enhance research and design workflows, while mentoring fellow designers to elevate design quality and foster a collaborative environment.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in designing digital products for both web and mobile applications is essential. You should possess a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in leading end-to-end product design for complex digital experiences.

Expert proficiency with Figma for interface design, prototyping, and managing design systems is required. A deep understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and enterprise product design is crucial. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills are needed to effectively influence stakeholders at various levels.

Demonstrated ability to mentor designers and foster a collaborative design culture is highly valued. Experience designing enterprise software or large-scale digital products, particularly within regulated industries or for global teams, is preferred. Healthcare experience is a plus but not mandatory.
