Facilitate workshops, journey mapping, and concept development to shape product direction. Translate user research and insights into effective design strategies that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Explore and iterate on multiple design concepts based on user feedback, refining them throughout the product lifecycle. Create detailed user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes, presenting design rationale compellingly. Champion user-centered, accessible, and inclusive design principles, advocating for diverse user needs. Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and best practices across products.

Drive alignment among cross-functional teams by clearly communicating design rationale and influencing product decisions. Responsibly leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance research, ideation, and design workflows. Partner with engineering throughout implementation, conducting design reviews and ensuring quality execution. We seek a seasoned Senior Product Designer with over 7 years of experience in designing digital products for responsive web and mobile applications. Proven experience in leading discovery activities and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams within Agile environments is essential.

Possess a deep understanding of user experience design principles, interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and enterprise product design. Expert proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, design systems, and documentation is required. A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design leadership for complex digital experiences is a must.

Demonstrated strength in communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels. A proven capacity to mentor designers and contribute to a positive, collaborative design culture is highly valued.
