As a User Experience Researcher, you'll be instrumental in understanding user needs and shaping industry-leading products. You'll collaborate closely with Engineering and Product Management to gather insights and drive product development, ensuring our offerings are useful, usable, and helpful.

Design and execute foundational, generative, and evaluative research to identify new opportunities and refine product experiences.
Employ a mixed-methods approach, utilizing qualitative techniques such as ethnographic field studies, diary studies, usability testing, and surveys.
Collaborate effectively with researchers, designers, engineers, and product managers to define research scope and translate insights into actionable product concepts and strategic frameworks.
Communicate research findings clearly and compellingly through storytelling, data visualization, and presentations to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, to influence product and design decisions.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in an applied research setting, such as product development or academia.
Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in fields like Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, or Psychology.
Additionally, 5 years of experience conducting UX research on products and working with executive leadership is highly valued. Strong teamwork, stakeholder management, and excellent verbal/written communication skills are essential.
