We are seeking an operational expert and strategic partner to lead cross-functional UX programs, ensuring our team delivers exceptional user experiences at scale.

This role is crucial for driving organizational clarity, establishing efficient operational rhythms, and fostering a culture of excellence within the UX team. You will empower our talented designers, researchers, writers, and program managers to innovate and execute effectively in a key market for Google.

Lead end-to-end UX programs for Google Pay India, partnering closely with UX, Product, and Engineering leaders. Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure high-quality product launches aligned with OKRs.

Establish and refine team rituals and processes to enhance clarity, quality, and decision-making velocity. Serve as a vital partner to leadership, building strong relationships across payments and Google to maintain strategic and operational alignment.

Communicate project status, risks, and priorities clearly and effectively to functional leads and senior management. Fluency in discussing AI tool usage is an expectation for this position.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. Candidates should possess at least 6 years of program management experience specifically within design or UX organizations.

Demonstrated experience with UX-related projects, including UX design, user research, or user-centered development methodologies and tools. Proficiency in discussing and utilizing AI tools during the hiring process is essential.
