Our Strategic Markets team focuses on building accessible, localized experiences for global users, particularly in rapidly growing economies. You will lead the strategy and execution for transit navigation in emerging markets, addressing unique local needs and data challenges to redefine how millions travel daily.

This is an opportunity to drive significant impact within a multidisciplinary UX team, collaborating closely with Product Management and Engineering. We are committed to putting the user first, ensuring our products are relevant, useful, and empowering.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and engineers to define requirements and deliver creative design solutions.

Effectively communicate user experiences through various artifacts such as wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and prototypes.

Incorporate user feedback and business needs into product updates and improvements.

Champion design-centered changes and advocate for user experience enhancements.

Take ownership of key aspects of the user experience for Transit Growth initiatives in emerging markets.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Demonstrate 6 years of experience in interaction design, product design, or UX design.

Submit a portfolio, website, or link showcasing your relevant work with your application.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 5 years of experience leading design projects independently and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
