Integrate user feedback and business needs into ongoing product updates. Champion design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements. Lead and own critical aspects of the user experience for Transit Growth initiatives in emerging markets.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, along with 6 years of experience in interaction design within product or UX design. A portfolio showcasing your work is essential.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience independently leading design projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and product managers, is highly valued. Familiarity with conversational AI and a strong interest in designing for emerging markets are advantageous.
