Lead the development and execution of research strategies to inform product roadmaps and decision-making. Conduct a wide array of qualitative and quantitative research, including in-depth interviews, usability testing, and surveys. Synthesize complex findings into actionable insights, compelling reports, personas, and journey maps. Communicate research outcomes effectively to influence product strategy and connect insights to business KPIs. Explore AI-driven experiences, evaluating trust, explainability, and user adoption of AI systems. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to validate product direction and ensure feasibility. Contribute to research operations by enhancing processes, supporting recruitment, and scaling research practices. Mentor junior researchers and advocate for ethical research practices and compliance.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Engineering is required. Possess over 5 years of dedicated experience in UX Research, Human Factors, or a similar domain. Demonstrated success in enterprise or complex software environments, influencing product and design outcomes with research insights. Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies is essential. Familiarity with regulated industries like healthcare or finance is highly beneficial. Strong capabilities in independently planning, executing, and synthesizing research, coupled with exceptional storytelling and communication skills for diverse audiences.
