Join our GPU SWQA team as a Senior Tools Development Engineer. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for applying AI to automate testing and a solid understanding of Windows operating systems. You will leverage extensive knowledge of GPU, CPU, SoC, x86, and ARM architectures, along with expertise in PC I/O and common bus interfaces like PCIe, USB, and SATA.

Familiarity with general PC architecture component specifications is a valuable asset for this position. You'll contribute to cutting-edge testing methodologies and play a key role in enhancing software quality.

Design and implement AI-powered automated tests for NVIDIA's device driver software and SDKs on Windows. Develop and optimize testing workflows using Python, C# or equivalent tools. Conduct rigorous automated and manual testing, analyze results, and identify defects. Drive test automation initiatives and devise innovative solutions for software testing. Isolate, debug, and find root causes for issues, contributing to their resolution. Measure and improve code coverage for software under test. Develop applications and tools that accelerate development and testing processes, ensuring code is fast, maintainable, and well-documented.

Generate and test compatibility across various products and interfaces. Validate key software applications through comprehensive test matrices. Provide peer code reviews, offering feedback on performance, scalability, and correctness. Report test coverage and deliverable status, escalating critical issues. Participate in root cause analysis and process improvements to enhance quality. Effectively estimate and prioritize tasks to create realistic delivery schedules.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Telecommunication, or an equivalent field with strong academic performance or relevant experience is required. Possess at least 5 years of programming experience in Python, C#, or a similar language, with a strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming concepts. Demonstrate hands-on experience developing Python scripts using application development principles like dictionaries, tuples, RegEx, and PIP. Proficiency in working with databases and storage technologies such as SQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch is essential. Experience with Windows OS and a solid understanding of GPU, CPU, and SoC architectures are necessary. Practical experience utilizing AI tools for test case automation and end-to-end QA workflows is a must.
