Shape the technical success of our most significant advertising clients and product partners as a Senior Technical Solutions Consultant. You will drive collaborative efforts across Engineering, Sales, and Product Management, harnessing cutting-edge technologies for external clients and partners. Your role will encompass the entire lifecycle from conceptualization and testing to data analysis and ongoing support, ensuring the technical execution and operational effectiveness of Google's online advertising platforms and product alliances.

This position requires a strategic balance between client needs and technical feasibility. You will innovate, develop advanced solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in building tools, automating processes, overseeing technical operations for Google's partnerships, and contributing to product strategy and resource prioritization.

Spearhead the technical aspects of our ecosystem partnerships, including carriers, entitlement server providers, and aggregators. This involves managing launches, conducting interoperability testing, and aligning on new features to ensure seamless integration of Android connectivity and cross-platform RCS messaging.

Serve as the primary technical authority on Android connectivity technologies and RCS messaging protocols, delivering effective solutions that enhance technology utilization and cross-platform integration for our partners.

Act as a critical liaison between our Engineering, Engineering Productivity, Product, and Business Development teams.

Collaborate closely with the global carrier ecosystem to synchronize their services with Android connectivity and RCS cross-platform offerings.

Monitor and assess key performance indicators, disseminating insights to internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and track progress towards our collective objectives.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is essential.

Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners and customers.

Demonstrate expertise in Android internals and application development.

Showcase experience in solution engineering or architecture, stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Applied Science, or a related discipline is advantageous.

Eight years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-facing web technologies.

Eight years of experience in a customer-facing capacity.

Eight years of experience in operations management, including areas like process improvement, operational reviews, and workflow optimization.
