As a Senior Technical Project Consultant, you will ensure adherence to all applicable company policies, procedures, and business directives. This includes adapting to changes in work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements.

You will be instrumental in managing projects from initiation to completion, employing both waterfall and agile methodologies. This involves effective stakeholder engagement and adeptly handling competing priorities to ensure project success.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Organizational Management, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on project management experience, including a strong background in both waterfall and agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and Project is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 components like Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook is a must; Azure experience is a plus.

Exceptional analytical and organizational skills are crucial for adapting to dynamic project environments. You must demonstrate proven ability in managing key stakeholders, navigating competing priorities, and showcasing solid leadership with effective conflict resolution. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for engaging with customers, stakeholders, and senior leadership, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-departmental project resources.
